Pathways Transitional Housing

Program Description:Pathways to Transitional Housing provides shelter, guidance, and mentoring in a safe, supportive environment for youth ages 16-23 who are aging out of the foster care system, transitioning out of the custody of the Kansas Department of Justice, or may have experienced being homeless. The program provides safe housing, case management, job readiness, education advocacy, transportation, and life- skills instruction.
