Outcome 1: Wyandotte County residents will achieve short term and long term stability through case management and immediate/basic services.

Indicators: Case Management & Immediate/Basic Services

  1. Increase the number of people who successfully exit services and achieve identified goals.
  2. Decrease frequency of multiple uses of services by consumers.

 

Outcome 2: Wyandotte County residents will achieve short term and long term stability through skills and training.

Indicators: Skills & Training

  1. Increase the number of people who complete employability skills training.
  2. Increase the number of people who successfully obtain employment.
  3. Increase the number of people who enroll in and complete a GED program.
  4. Increase the number of people who enroll in and complete English Language Learning (ELL) training.
  5. Increase the number of people who complete financial literacy classes.
  6. Increase the number of people who complete an occupational technical skills program.
  7. Increase the number of people who complete applications and receive financial aid for education and/or training.
