Our Impact Plan

In the Fall of 2013, agency partners and community volunteers helped us create a plan for our 2014-2017 funding cycle-- we call this our Community Impact Plan. This plan is broken in to two critical parts:

The need-- areas in our community that need the most attention and support,

and the plan-- in the form of measurable goals and outcomes to meet those needs.

Overall the plan focuses on building blocks of a good life-- education, income, and health.  

 

         

 

This plan is the driving force behind our (volunteer led) funding allocation decisions.
